Class Descriptions
IST offers a variety of classes ranging from the introductory novice up to collegiate/professional athletes
Types of Classes:
Each IST class is assigned a level of intensity ranging from introductory to advanced elite:
Level 1, Introductory novice level
light circuit training and body weight drills, low impact, minimal speed work.
Level 2, Intermediate
focus on light circuit training, moderate light jump drills, light speed work and condtioning.
Level 3, Moderate Advanced
strength work, speed work, moderate jump drills, and moderate/heavy conditioninig.
Level 4, Advanced
high intensity jumping,intense strength work, sports performance speed work, and intense conditioning.
Level 5, Advanced Elite
super high intensity strength, speed, jumps, and condtioning drills (sports performance emphasis).
Classes Levels are determined by the age group, training experience, and the athleticism of the class participants.
Each individual class will have a level(1-5) attached to the time and date of class. Please refer to calendar link:
