Monday March 5, 2012 All Day

This is an advanced class that will greatly challenge your physical toughness and discipline. Gladiator Spartan Training is a highly competitive environment which will invlove high amounts of sports performance drills/exercises and the tempo will often be fast and furious. Types of Drills:

  • plyometrics
  • body weight training
  • strength implements
  • sprint training
  • agility training
  • climbing drills
  • striking drills( kicks-punches)
  • competitive conditioning drills
  • crawling
  • dumbells
  • interval sprints/jogs
  • balance drills

I welcome all of you to partake, however, I  will not accept excuses, whining, or bad attitudes!  Be PUNCTUAL and cell phones are NOT ALLOWED during class time.

This class will meet 1-2 days/month on rotating basis with other classes.

                                Gladiator Spartan Training will begin March 5th.
