IST's primary focus is small group numbers along with the training emphasis on  top quality customized training to meet the specific demands of the participant. Types of sessions:

 

Private 1 one 1 sessions

Semi-Private (2 only)

Small Group ( 8 or less participants)

Team Sessions( 9-15 participants)

Open Class( unlimited numbers)

 

 

 

Perhaps your goals is to lose weight, tone up, clean up your eating, and/or reduce the aging process, if you are willing have work hard and have a coachable attitude you will without question reach your goals. Depending on the level of the IST  session, your intensity effort, it is very possible to burn well over over 1500 calories in one class setting! The intensity level of IST classes will jump start your metabolism and keep the after burn reved up for several hours post workout session. With that recipe combination you will be a lean-mean-machine!!!
